Guests are responsible for all charges associated with their stay, and check-out time is 11 AM. Additional fees may apply for late check-outs. If any charges remain unpaid at the time of departure, guests will be responsible for settling the outstanding balance. Please note that the hotel is completely non-smoking; any form of smoking in the hotel will result in a $250 damage fee.

There is an additional $50 hold placed on your card for incidentals, along with full room charges, tax, and a $10 amenity fee. The amenity fee includes basic Wi-Fi, unlimited local calls, a $5 food credit valid at all food outlets, two bottles of PENN Play water, gym access, a newspaper (available at the front desk), boarding pass printing, access to the self-serve business center, covered parking, and use of the 6 electric vehicle charging stations located on the 2nd floor.

Please note that minors under the age of 16 must not be left unattended and are not permitted on the gaming floor.

A $10 service fee will be applied to reservations made via phone or in person at our front desk or reservations call center.

A no-show fee equal to a one-night hotel stay or up to the marketing rate for Penn Play complimentary reservations will be charged if not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Early departures will not be charged a penalty fee. All remaining nights will not be charged.

A valid credit card in the name of the guest on the reservation must be presented at time of check-in along with a valid State or Federal issued identification. Secondary guests on Complimentary reservations will not be allowed to check-in until main guest checks in.

A hold will be placed on your credit or debit card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, plus estimated incidentals. Hotel is authorized to charge the card on file for full balance at check-out. Personal checks, cash, or pre-paid cards are not accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations.

The amounts listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay. A resort and/or amenity fee of $9.17 plus tax will be charged per night as summarized on your reservation cost details. Any costs/damages caused by you or other parties in your room will be charged to the credit card on file.

Check-in begins at 3 PM/Check-out is at 11 AM; late check-outs are subject to an additional charge.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT A ROOM. Valid State or Federal issued identification is required upon check-in. Children under the age of 16 may not be left unattended in a hotel room. No one under the age of 18, unless they are accompanied by an adult, is permitted in the fitness center.

Room type and other requests have been noted but are not guaranteed. The hotel offers complimentary in-room safes in each guest room but is not responsible for any item placed in the safe. No pets are allowed except for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. The hotel reserves the right to enter and visually inspect all guestrooms, even when the REST/Do Not Disturb sign is displayed, to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking of any kind occurs in any room.

By using the fitness center, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with potential injuries or medical conditions that may arise or be aggravated during your use of the facility. Hollywood Casino Bangor Hotel and Raceway, Penn Entertainment, Inc., and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and landlords (“Penn”) are released from any liabilities, claims, or actions, including those related to negligence, resulting from your use of the fitness center. This release also extends to any individuals under your legal care or responsibility who may use the facility.
