If a winner no shows, a recall will be made until all prizes are awarded. Ballots must be filled out by the patron with first and last name and PENN Play card number. Any incomplete ballots will be disqualified from the drawing. Entries will not be replaced. Patrons are responsible for all lost, misplaced, stolen, forgotten, or illegible entries. Any ballots dropped in a different drum or dropped in before 7PM will be disqualified.

Each Table Games table number will be placed into a ballot drum. Every hour from 5PM - 9PM, we will draw one of the table numbers from the drum.
