Groups of 15 or more - Each Guest will receive the following:

Policies & Procedure

Groups must notify Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway of their expected arrival date and time at least five business days prior to the arrival date. If not notified with the set timeline, guest may not be eligible for incentives. Trips must be planned for at least a minimum of four hours of play. Final group list with arrival and departure times must be sent via email or fax at least two days before scheduled arrival date. Guests will be required to check in with a Guest Services Representative to redeem their rewards. Must present a valid government ID to receive a Club Hollywood Card and incentives. Must be a Club Hollywood member to receive incentives. If guest is not a Club Hollywood Card holder, they will receive a voucher to receive incentives once they sign up at Player Services. Guests must arrive within 60 minutes of specified arrival time. Management reserves the right to change or modify any offer or promotion at any time without notice.
