- Cleaning and maintaining high areas which may need dusting or cleaning such as; vents, duct covers, lights & fixtures, beams, signs, columns, ceiling tile and televisions- Cleans and maintains offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators and Slot Machines other work areas- Clean parking lot: pick up trash and cigarette butts, sweep, occasionally pressure wash area around entrance and smoke shack- Keep front entrance clear of snow and ice: shovel snow from all exit areas of building, apply salt (ice melt) where and when needed- Maintain garden appearance- Sweeps, mop and vacuum floor- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and blind- Washes windows, door panels, and sills- Empties wastebaskets- Replenishes bathroom supplies- Keeps storage rooms clean and organized- Answers guest's questions about the facility- Other duties may be assigned
- Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing- Assist the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing department- Exercise discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions- Work independently on player development- Devote majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests- Identify and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests- Communicate constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast members- Contact guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events- Issue complementaries based on player ratings- Host outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters- Promote casino marketing programs via telemarketing- Follow all safety rules- Adhere to departmental quality standards- Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements- Work within the guidelines established by the company- Other duties as assigned

- Promote and maintain all steps of the Eye, hi, Goodbye program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with (eye contact, hi- greeting, goodbye as a departure).- Troubleshoot and repair any and all related equipment, including all circuit boards, without assistance.- Responsible for the initial set-up and checkout of new machines of all types, ensures the machines are in proper working condition.- Performs repairs and preventative maintenance of all slot machines, and other technical equipment or operations related equipment, including cleaning machines and overhauls.- Answer service calls and notify proper personnel to service customer if the Technician cannot address the problem.- Maintain the integrity of the operation and related equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times.- Responsible for the security of keys, radio, changer remote control and data system cards from check-in to check-out.- Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly; i.e., meal logs, conversion forms, conversion checklist forms.- Work with Slot Tech Manager and Slot Attendants to insure that the slot machines, associated equipment and data system monitoring equipment are in proper working order and all customer needs are satisfied.- Complete slot machine meter logs, parts logs, etc.- Performs renovations to slot machines.- Tag repairable parts noting appropriate information.- Circulate through the assigned area replacing broken or burned out bulbs, etc.- Will advise Technician Manager in developing/teaching advanced electronic repairs.- Assist patrons by explaining how the slot machines and pays, directions and other requests.- Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for overall sales and operation of the Banquet department- Responsible for hiring and development of personnel, labor analysis, cost analysis, budgets, long range planning, booking of in-house functions, and purchasing and maintenance of equipment- Supervises banquet functions to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service experience- Establishes and administers training programs- Counsels, guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties- Direct the development and administration of controls for all phases of the banquet area in an economical and profitable manner while maintaining established standards- Coordinates with the sales department and kitchen in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and presentation of menu items for maximum customer satisfaction- Supervises staff and ensures proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service with minimum labor hours- Ensures that available facilities are adequate for performance of duties by assigned personnel- Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures and follows up to ensure that hazards are eliminated- Monitors appearance of food served and communicates deviations from standard- Performs assigned input work in compiling annual budgets- Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance reviews of assigned personnel
- Oversee administration, installation and maintenance of the Company’s non-iSeries computer and network assets, including server and related hardware, operating system software, third-party application software, data, and interfaces to other systems. This includes administration of software patches and software version updates.- Maintain application and operating system configurations and user accounts and privileges, both within the Microsoft Active Directory environment and within individual software applications.- Plan, document, implement and maintain system security procedures and practices to safeguard the Company’s vital data against unauthorized access, tampering, or destruction.- Plan, document, implement and maintain system data backup procedures and practices including tape rotation schedules, offsite storage, and regular testing of backup media.- Monitor High-Availability environments for certain systems, including daily and weekly checks as well as routine testing of backup system / duty cycle rotation of systems.- In coordination with I.T. Director and other I.T. employees, plan, document, implement and maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan, including routine testing/practice of DR Plan procedures.- Monitor system and application performance. Recommend and implement performance tuning (optimization) strategies as well as capacity planning for growth or changes in business needs, and planning for life-cycle replacement of assets.- Analyze and recommend creation or changes to department procedures or policies to demonstrate and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards including Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Maine gaming laws/Maine Gambling Control Board regulations, Internal Control documents and I.T. industry-standard “Best Practices.”- Receive, record, resolve and follow up on end-user problems or system malfunctions. Maintain records of problem reports, resolution and follow-up in the I.T. helpdesk software application.- Work with other I.T. staff in first-level or second-level support of many systems or services, including wide-ranging general I.T. support issues.- Stay informed on new technologies with a view towards integrating them into the Company’s I.T. strategies.- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of I.T. concepts, practices and procedures. Plan and accomplish goals relying on extensive experience and best judgment.- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top-level contributor / specialist. - Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to culinary team members and buffet/ restaurant guests. Greets, and makes welcome, each guest approaching their station- Maintains current and accurate information regarding food items (i.e., preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients)- Prepares food items per guest order as required including, but not limited to, breakfast items, entrees and desserts according to guest request Employs proper cooking methods, cooks to specifications, and handles, stores and rotates food properly in accordance with established health and safety standards- Slice, dice, chop and prepare raw products- Carve meats, portion food on serving plates, add gravies and sauces, and garnish plates as required- Wipes counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station- Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards- Maintains par levels of operating supplies and food product for each workstation obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure- Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures- Provides personalized service and uses guests’ names when possible- Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas
